Oregon has nearly 400 miles of wonderful, wonderful coastline. Also, Oregon has some of the most productive rivers in the world. Here are some fishing maps and books to help you enjoy Oregon Fishing and Hunting.

Oregon's nearly 400 miles (644 km) of pristine, public coastline is made up of diverse terrain that changes from rugged cliffs to evergreen forests to Sahara-like dunes and boundless sandy beaches. Coastal bays are inhabited by celebrated salmon plus an ocean full of halibut [1,2] and many other fish.

Oregon rivers provide some of the best fishing in the US. Consider steelhead and salmon on the Rogue, Klamath and Umpqua rivers. Valley’s legendary rivers include the Santiam, McKenzie and Willamette [A1,A2]. The Gorge’s lakes, rivers and streams are inhabited by celebrated salmon, steelhead, trout and smallmouth bass. Trout and bass are also in the Deschutes [A1,A2,A3], Metolius, Fall or Crooked Rivers, the Owyhee [1] and Grande Ronde plus many others. There are rivers to suit everyone.

Great maps. Each 11x17 inch, waterproof map is jammed with good fishing info in a well managed format. The map is one of the best I have seen with good graphics plus enough info to faciliatate a productive fishing trip. There is a thorough write-up on the waters. Map has good local info including hotels, guides, eateries, fly shops, etc. Also, there are Wildlife and Park numbers and locations. Included is a well produced and accurate hatch chart.
